1. ROCK AL PARQUE

Country: Colombia

It is one of the largest free festivals in Latin America. It has been the scene of bands like, DRI, Dead Kennedys, Apocalyptica, among others.

Currently, the concerts begin at one o’clock in the afternoon and end at 10 o’clock in the evening, and sometimes extend until 11 pm. A festival that gives you the opportunity to enjoy music beyond Rock. This year it will be held on August 15, 16 and 17.

2. VIVE LATINO

Country: Mexico

Its appearance in 1998 in Mexico City opened the doors to what is now known as one of the most important festivals in Latin America.

Vive Latino is a space where Rock and other genres such as pop, electronic and rap, share the stage. This is the perfect opportunity, not only to appreciate bands recognized worldwide, but also to know bands “Underground”, with a short trajectory but with a mass of faithful and growing followers.

3. ROCK IN RIO

Countries: Brazil, Spain, United States and Portugal

Rock in Rio has been the scene of great legends such as: Iron Maiden, AC / DC, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and a number of bands of similar magnitude.

It is not a stage exclusively for Rock, it also hosts other genres with names of the dimension of Shakira, Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, to name a few. This festival without a doubt is full of history, I create its own anthem, it is, without a doubt, an experience full of shows and performance.

In 2019 Brazil will be charged again with these great musical idols in the City of Rock, and the dates are still to be confirmed.

4. GILLMANFEST

Country: Venezuela

This important Heavy Metal event has been the setting for big bands such as Destruction, Saxon, White Rat, Kraken, or Annihilator. Organized by Paul Gillman, former vocalist of Arkangel, he obtained the support of several institutions of the Venezuelan government, and its reception was so great that it has had more than 14 editions. On May 5 Carabobo presented bands like Gillman, Saratoga and Aluvion among others.
