Colombia once again experienced a busy election day. Colombians went out to elect their 108 senators and 172 representatives to the House of Representatives. But, additionally, the day also left 3 presidential candidates from the 3 main coalitions.

The next elections, in which the president will be elected, will be held on May 29. If no candidate gets more than 50% of the valid votes, the two with the largest number of voters will go to the second round on June 19.
