I have the right to equality, not to be a slave, to freedom; but I also have the right to recreation and to take advantage of my free time, but how can I do this with a minimum wage, when I am the support of a family?

Or even when I am not supporting anyone but the $ 828,116 (Colombian pesos) I earn goes on food, transportation, and studies. The State should be the first entity interested in the creation of non-profit spaces that encourage the integral formation of being, which constitutes, among many other things, art.
On the contrary, the government hardly encourages these spaces and when they find a scarce source of income, they are the constant target of cuts and closures; for that reason, I admire those people who, only looking for public training, are creators and managers of spaces with free entry that encourage being.
Let us take a small part of art: cinema, that rapid and successive reproduction of frames, which in the midst of what would be believed is simplicity, I find greatness, such an ineffable way of transporting myself, that it not only crosses times but spaces and emotions.
Cinema is seen as one of the best ways to train audiences, and rightly, with cinema, we not only learn to frame, nor identify the law of thirds; we learn about our past, about other cultures, about politics, society, anthropology, economics, about other ways of seeing life, of feeling it, it teaches us to open the mind and often the heart.
But it is not so easy to reach the public, it changes, how the language changes, how physical traits, culture and dynamics change. Not all audiences internalize the same situations, nor the same realities; That is why the call will always be to promulgate one's own popular cinema and with this generate a close relationship between the public and the story.
Colombia still lacks a few steps to reach the level of Mexico, Spain, Argentina, France and many other countries that have understood that the cinema itself cannot be measured with international canons and that amid the differences in the rich indigenous essence.
The spaces with free entry have a value that not everyone reaches to size. These are the ones that fearlessly promote, project and make visible those art, cinema, shows that leave a little of the daily life, of the commercial, of those pieces that continue to enrich the rich, thanks to these managers who always keep in mind that art costs, that it is a work that also pays, but that to be valued and appreciated for what it is worth, one must first develop a feeling of appropriation on the part of everyone who consumes it.
That is why every day I let myself be trained, I participate, I share and I invite to see cinema, I try to know myself, to know it and to know everything that is outside of me, because I understood that cinema manages to resignify the culture and generate social transformations from the dynamics of art itself.
