Today I am going to present an interview conducted by me. I’m with Rolando Murillo, a teacher at Diosa Chia School. He suffers from anxiety, and today he will talk about that. 

Juan Pablo Lamilla:  How did you get anxiety?

Rolando Murillo: My life is divided into 3 parts: my home, my work, and my personal life. I reached a time when their problems in all three and I couldn’t deal with it. 

Juan Pablo Lamilla: How did you feel?

Rolando Murillo: I began to feel my hands going numb like I was losing control and I like I couldn’t concentrate. 

Juan Pablo Lamilla:  How did you overcome it?

Rolando Murillo: I have had many doctors’ appointments with psychiatrists and psychologists. The doctors told me to leave, so I started to leave and little by little I was taking him.

Juan Pablo Lamilla: What was it like to work? 

Rolando Murillo: I couldn’t work well. I had to take breaks in my classes to calm down and now work is not the same.
