Of course, changing the work routine means a change, not only for employees, but also for companies themselves. We are not only talking about the structures or mechanics to carry out the activities, but also some innovations that may occur in legislative matters.

In other words, there are several things that must be taken into account, both in the reality of some companies and the challenges that they must face in the future, but also in the present. Teleworking: challenges and concerns for companies
Some time ago, we could already observe the creation of digital companies. On the one hand, if workers are formally registered, they can have the advantage of a more flexible work methodology. That is, having the possibility of finishing work "ahead of time" or taking different breaks, since, being from home, freedom is much greater.
